I am Adrian Boyd from Sex Ant Toys and a big fan of Against The Day. Still hanging around the first hundred pages of the book and it is now 12:11AM according to my PowerBook G4 on September 21, 2007. Yeap, I believe I have crashed into Thomas Pynchon several times in New York around Washington Square Park and actually made conversation with him, maybe it was the other way around. Where exactly? I can't recall (maybe Thompson St North) Anyways... I am so grateful of being alive at the same time he is alive and experiencing his latest work at hand in this right moment of time. We don't get Bitches Brew here now or often... well... maybe when John Zorn performed his Second Book with Electric Masada at Tonic. Cheers to that and I truly believe AGAINST THE DAY is in FACT the BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT in WORLD LITERATURE. HE IS. (12:37AM)
