Welcome..glad you like the book as much as most of us. But I do want to suggest. before the wiki administrator does, that you check the formatting of your entries.....

The emboldened HEADINGS are supposed to be direct quotes from the text...

Miles Davis may be the allusion/homage to Miles [Blundell] but his name is not in the text.....

nor is Fronting for Nine Inch Nails....
