Vaughan Williams:
The reference to the composer is both misspelled and misplaced. The letter "a" has been omitted from "Vaughan," as indeed is sometimes but not always the case in the discussion of the Tallis Fantasia premiere on page 896. In addition, the composer's last name is not Williams but Vaughan Williams. Therefore, it should be listed under V, not W, as is the case in all pertinent reference works.
